F.K.U

Uppsalabandet F.K.Ü. kan närmast beskrivas som thrash metal med skräcktema. Bandet bildades redan 1987 men släppte inte sitt debutalbum förrän 1999 och sedan dess har de släppt fyra album och ett flertal vinylsinglar. Förra skivan "Where Moshers Dwell" fick strålande recensioner i bland annat Sweden Rock Magazine och Close-Up och det senaste släppet "4: Rise of the Mosh Mongers" har mottagits lika bra, både hos kritikernas och publiken.
F.K.Ü. är ett visuellt band som på scen inte lämnar något åt slumpen. Hittills har deras patenterade ”Horror Thrash Metal” tagit dem på turnéer till både USA och Europa. De senaste åren har bjudit på bejublade spelningar på Sweden Rock Festival, House of Metal, Getaway Rock Festival, Metaltown och Rockstad: Falun.

A new era came upon us. The world needed to be rid of everything but horror and metal. The master pointed his four blades towards his disciples and commanded them to prepare for the journey, to dress in proper battle attire and be ready for war. They left their dwelling at dusk, well prepared for the task at hand. To walk the earth, from city to city, and gather the moshoholics horde. To crush the opposition and establish a new world order of horror and metal for all. And so it began… the rise of the mosh mongers.
